Bizhub pro C65HC error code c-2721

Need help with this one.
Error code talks about High pressure unit 2 and separation pole. I have no idea where or what these are. And no luck for me finding them in the manual.
First time posting so take it easy on me.Let me know if there is any more info you would need.:confused:

The only time I've seen this, a self-servicing customer forgot to plug in the separation comb:

"C-2721" error.

Separation voltage loss error. Separation comb spade connector is left unconnected during 2nd transfer roller installation. Heavy toner spray results, coating 1st transfer pressure HP sensor PS15.

Remove imaging section to access PS15 on inner rear frame near white drive coupler. Clean PS15. Plug in separation comb spade connector.

Thank you BC. I was able to get the error to clear. I clean the plugs on the inside back wall. 2nd transfer roller I reversed after seeing to put concave end to back. Cleaned earth ground. and ran gamma adjustment.
So far so good.
