Konica Minolta Bizhub 364 print only side only and I can't change the paper size

Hello everyone . Please tell me if anyone has ever encountered this problem on Bizhub 364, namely: the copier copies and prints on one side only and I can't change the paper settings ... it's stuck in A4 format and I can't change in A3 e.g . The "change setting tray" button is gray and disabled. I encounter all these problems only in tray 1. Tray 2 works correctly. There is a solution please let me know. Thank you in advance

The trays/settings are locked. You need to turn off in admin or service mode.
