KMC 3350

I have a KMC 3350 that continuously cycles with no response from op panel. open right door or front door shows no open door message and quits cycling. Close doors continues cycling. Talked with tech support, they instructed me to replace SSD board. Can anybody shed any light on this issue. Also have taken HDD off line and powered up without HDD the same symptoms. Thanks for any help, not familiar with KMC equipment. have over 30 years experience on Ricoh, Canon, and Kyocera!!

Replying to a thread that I started about 10 days ago with KM3350 about cycling with the KM logo being displayed and no response from display panel. Got in touch with Muratec tech. support. They talked me through unplugging HD to see if that was the problem didn't fix. On their recommendation ordered and replace the SSD brd. That seemed to fix the issue. Don't know why? If anybody can explain why that fixed it please do.:confused:
