Bizhub C3851FS error C3201

I have the MFP Konica Minolta Bizhub C3851FS (it printed near ~30k pages) with error code C3201.
Anybody know how to reset this error? (I don't know how to do trouble reset in this model)

Its a rank B error and will reset by opening and closing the front door or cycling the power.
The fuser motor reports a locked state. Means its not turning.
So the fuser is jamed on installed badly or the motor is shot.
Could in the worst case be the control board.

I disassembled the fuser and found this:

Is this part (orange or red strip) has some part number? Or I have to replace all Fusing Unit - A4Y5W22?

You cannot purchase separate parts for this fuser(atleast from KM).
This looks like cleaning felt awfully damaged/destroyed. I guess although I wouldn't recommend you can try throw it out and see how it goes.
Btw, good job doing this disassembly.

This fuser only makes 105k pages.
It's probably outlived his life.

Replacing the fuser unit A4Y5W22 solved the problem. But old fuser makes only 33k pages (not 105k).
