Check that the ADU latch lever sensor is not out of place.
Does the fuser lamps turn on if you lift the ADU handle with the doors open?

Warming up....sounds like a fuser issue. Check to make sure fuser thermistors are clean...Additionally, might there be a fuser drive board issue??? Just thinking....[emoji848]

Sent from my SM-A505F using TapatalkPossible fuser drive/power sense board issue I'm guessing...are you able to monitor for proper fuser temps???[emoji848]...just because thermistors are clean doesn't mean the fuser is driven to the maximum proper temperature or that the temperature is being sensed properly!!![emoji57]

What are toner sensor readings?
I would try to add manually toner in developer unit, maybe a spoon and see what will happen.

Do you get errors if you run peculiarity adjustments?

forever stuck in warming up state was a common sign of image quality issues and failed / soiled drum cartridge sensors.
I've always changed drums at 500k is that one still ok at 600+K?
PS, I like your service report format - nice and detailed. Bit different to my method of tipping the hat, giving the thumbs up and walking on out.
These machines are discontinued from support here so I don't see them anymore.

You say that you cleaned the TCSB (the sensor under the drum), but have you tried a new one? This board can fail and cause these symptoms.

So i was at the machine yesterday i replaced the imagining unit with one from a working machine didnt solve the problem , i then went on to the fusing unit had another fuser unit replaced the whole fuser unit, mc tested ok but eventually it was the termistors on the fusing unit i rebuild that fuser to do troubleshooting and it was the terminators on the fusing unit causing the problem
