Bizhub C500 Black Coverage

We appear to be having a consist problem with C500 and black type being very light or washed out. All the PM kits have been installed including drums, toners and new developer. What to check?

Have you checked to see if there is a difference between scanning from glass, adf or an internal print. If you stop in the middle of a print, is the image light on the drum or normal? This would help to narrow it down to a charge or transfer problem.

run black halftone at 100 if its uneven then check the black charge wire make sure wire is laying inside the charge unit the right way

also check the black transfer roller behind the transfer belt
