I've got a c224 and when printing larger jobs a paper jam occurs. Then on the display I'm getting an error that states,"Caution, fuser unit is extremely hot". We replaced the fuser once this started and it continued to throw same error when jamming. Now the machine will not print at all. Anyone seen this?

It's ALWAYS going to throw the "caution hot fuser" message!!! It's warning you that it's HOTTT!!! DERP!!![emoji2957] Use your Noodle!!! If it's "always jamming", check to make sure the paper medium is within spec!!!...as a pre- fuser loop is formed and temperature ramped up for proper media fusing.

This message is TOTALLY UNRELATED to problems you may have. This is just warning for enduser(and not only) the fuser area is hot. As others mentioned start with error code and we can work from there.
