Error paper size bypass on C364e

Good Morning guys
I have a problem with a C364 not detecting the correct paper size in the bypass tray.
I tried to completely replace the entire door, and updated the machine firmware ti the lady version,but the problem remains.

You need to calibrate the variable resistor that detects the width.
Its under machine in service mode somewhere. Find the instructions in the manual.

what is the problem?
looks like letter is on the tray.
did you expect A4? is it set to inch instead of metric?
am i being forced to extrapolate from incomplete data?

Like allan said there's specific procedure in SM to calibrate bypass.I did not know about this procedure try to look in the SM and update you thanks
