Bizhub C257i white screen

Hi guys, has anyone experienced the blank screen on the bizhub C257i? The factory firmware was "old": G00-18. Now I have upgraded to G00-E9 and I hope I have fixed it.

Make sure you are at at the correct function version. I believe it is version 2.0 for the latest firmware.

I don't think C257i ever had version 1.0. It was launched with version 2.0

Bix can you do some self diagnostics? Don't even have manual to read for this new model but should be there.
