It looks like a Minolta 3102/2002. I believe the Konica models are 8020/8031 but I could be wrong on that, we were a Minolta dealer before the merger. What was the model number on it?the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again. The finisher was sold as a Sharp AR-FN7 and as an Okidata finisher. I've also seen them attached to Panasonic MFPs. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
