the printer scans and photocopies but does not print from the PC or the demo page and if you insert the key it tells me external memory detected. this feature cannot currently be used. when a print is launched on the pc it says printed the machine flashes the blue light but does not print. I have already formatted the hard disk I cleared all data I checked that the printout with code is not inserted. what can cause this problem? has it happened to someone? thanks for the help

all the PC same outcome? make sure the secure print is not ticked.

secure printing is not checked but as well as from the pc it does not even print the demo page or even from a usb key

I had this exact issue a few weeks ago.

The fact that it wont print the demo page you can rule out any network or driver issues.

For me I updated the firmware & the issue was resolved, I think it may have become corrupted somehow.

Also check you don't have account track etc enabled.

Make sure consumables are set to no-stop in service mode.
Anything out of life?

Also try to do system error clear. Initialization could also help.

Allan he did initialize. And if life stop is hitting there he can't copy also I think.
I would try first to update FW as copier tech suggested.

A lot of these machines came defaulted to disable Direct Print from USB. Make sure it's ON.

Can you view the webpage?
Will it ping?
Are there any errors stored?
Will it print internal lists like the Management List or Counter Page?

Allan he did initialize. And if life stop is hitting there he can't copy also I think.
I would try first to update FW as copier tech suggested.

I had this exact issue a few weeks ago.
