on KM 5050, someone already seen error code 1102 when using scanner to pdf ?
scan finish properly, pdf conversion too and error appear...(i suspect write to HD error but not sure...)

If someone very gentle can give me link to KM 5050 Service Manual that will be awesome

Here is what an 1102 error is and what some of the things to look for are.. hope it helps..

1102SMB(SMB)
Error: User/Password or SharedName/FolderNameDomain name not entered as Domain UserInput User Name with one of the form "Domain\User", "Domain/User", "User@Domain"SMB)
User Name/Password or Shared Name/Folder Name ErrorSpecify invalid User/Password (includes unspecified)Input correct User Name/PasswordSpecify the User who is not permitted for accessing to the folderInput correct User and Password
Check access limit for send destination folderSpecify invalid Shared NameInput correct Shared Name
(See the reference for the symbol which is possible to use for Shared Name)Host Name ErrorCheck if any prohibited letter (see the reference) for Host Name is included or notSCAN TO EMAIL(SCAN TO EMAIL)
User Name/Password ErrorUser ID for Authentication is not entered/entered wrong User ID
Wrong Password for Authentication is enteredInput User ID/Password which is used for Authentication from [Advanced] on Command Center correctly
([Login User Name] on [POP3] page or [SMTP] page)

It's actually related with SMB.
The shared folder on the server was blocked by an open ghost connection.
A restart of the samba service and everything goes OK.
