This is killing me

I have been trying to make print from SmartPhone to print to a A3 regardless of the original size. no matter how it the machines will always print to A4. This is so frustrating. Any advice to get such a simple work to be done?

Are you using your phones native printing app or the KonMin one?

Check A3\A4 conversion setting on the machine for printing.
UTILITY>PRINTER SETTINGS>A4/A3<->LTR/LGL AUTO SWITCH

Are you using your phones native printing app or the KonMin one?Native printing doesn't even have A3, while sending via KonMin, although have selected A3 machine still asking for A4 paper


Check A3\A4 conversion setting on the machine for printing.
UTILITY>PRINTER SETTINGS>A4/A3<->LTR/LGL AUTO SWITCH

Sorry but i think this is only conversion between US Paper and International Paper. I am talking about A3 to A4 enlargement and reduction.


Can't you choose the tray you want in the app?
Yes, I can but the machines still asking for the native size of the original document instead following the selected size of the Tray 1(A3) and asking us to put A4 in Tray 1

Konica Minolta mobile print app is flawed, Mopria Print works better for me.

There is Airprint (no app required). But I don't like it. Have many problems and little print customization.
