Hello,
I have the quality problem on my bizhub C224e. Check the photos. There is a grainy image.
I have already replaced the belt and black drum with brand new ones. Used only original toners. Counters B: 230 000 C:46 000.
Any suggestions?

the dev units are being depleted.... you need to replace dev power/frames

All dev units or black only? As the color counter is 46000.

Please post half tones at 125 and use test chart prints.
Could be moisture in developer... But also can be a thousand other things.

+1 on that. If you were to use an image with separate base colors we could tell which colors are affected ... like this:

damn sure can't tell from his SPARSE profile...
my guess? END USER or maybe a green tech... we covered this problem in Copiers 001.

Then where are CMYK halftones or use charts BC provided and post samples.
