Standard SD630 Inking

We have a few Standard SD630 duplicators out in the field that pump ink out of the box only about half way. A new box or a partial box of ink that was set aside will work. Does Standard have problems with their ink boxes? Do they have problems with their pumps? Need Help! Thanks!

There is a bulletin that states as follows The shape of the ink pump case (P/N #C2292532) has been changed to further ensure proper ink supply
to the drum. Hope this helps.
