c364e firmware upgrade

Hi all. Trying to update my c364e. Using a 2gb fat32 USB. Placed the files inside the A61F0Y0 in the root of the USB. When i plug usb into service port (power down machine, insert usb, power up machine.) I get a invalid external memory error. Any assistance appreciated.

Open the folder and transfer all the files in the folder to the root. Nothing else on the usb.

do a system data clear in service mode then try again.
also just to check, the root of the flash drive looks like this right?

Reformat the USB Stick with rufus or gparted, not with windows.

I use this program for Formatting and it works 100%.

As mentioned before,
check that the USB stick is formatted in FAT32 and has is up to 8gb storage,
leave all the files in the main folder (like D:\ ),
make sure it fits in correctly 100% , some times the USB stick doesn't make full/correct contact,
check if there is anything inside the machine USB port (protected by the small metal plate), like dust etc.

Try several times by pushing it in better, i have seen the same USB stick not working sometimes for it was not making the right contact.

isnt A61F0Y0 mono machine firmware?

latest C364e firmware is meant to be - A5C10Y0-F000-GDR-M1.exe

Dittos to Kenny..The OP is trying to install the incorrect f/w..Yeah it's an old post, but the OP should have updated it with a "my bad". E
