KONICA MINOLTA C250i

Hello i have problem whit Konica Minolta C250i,machine its old 13 months,machine is freezing on loading bar on 50% and not boot up.
I change FW and MPF board(BASEBOARD) but still nothing.
Please anywone to help me to resolve my problem.

Solution
CAUSE: Possible failed CPU or storage board

SOLUTION: Run the following Diagnosis tool for each model listed:

Overview of the tool

Conducts diagnosis for the defective and replaced areas of CPU board and storage board (MicroSD) when the MFP does not boot up with 25% indicator, 50% indicator or black screen occurs.

Try recovery tool in case of storage (MicroSD) failure

Diagnosis procedure

Unzip the tool file and copy the extracted tool data folder, [FW****], into the root directory of the USB memory using the FW folder for the model listed

Turn OFF the main power switch.

Connect the USB memory containing the firmware into the USB port on the right side of the control panel.

Turn the main power switch ON while pressing the [Stop] key. Bottom button on the back of the operation panel

The tool screen is displayed in approx. 90 seconds and press the [Start] with default settings.

[SPI-Flash check]: Conducts diagnosis for the data in SPI-Flash of CPU board.
[SSD/MicroSD check]: Conducts diagnosis for the data and the partition in SSD/MicroSD [Recovery]:
Recovery the data in case of SSD/MicroSD data failure

If MFP boots up without tool screen, this could be caused by USB memory or tool data failure. Replace USB memory with a different one or re-write data.
If the tool does not boot up, this could be caused by CPU board failure. Replace CPU board with new one..

The diagnosis result

The diagnosis result is displayed as [OK], [NG], or [Error] with some messages in “Result”
Conduct troubleshooting according to the message.

At 90% it is a STRB problem. Replacement solves the problem, or if you have no way of getting it under warranty, proceed with the recovery software.
This problem is solved starting from the G00-B6. G00-E9 is highly recommended.

+1 on storage board. I heard about storage board partition with tech support helpdesk call for some code though never done it myself.
