bizhub 4020i Brother fusers

hello, I have some bizhub 4020i that when its print, its sometimes release crumpled paper.
The reason for this is that the fuser on one side is not well controlled between the two rollers.
The fusers are practically new, its only have 10k pages. Is there any way to recover them?

Lifting with a hook by hand, I see that for 1-2 seconds on one side the rollers do not match.
Replacing the fuser always solves the problem but I would like to save it for future events.

That fuser looks like its done more that 10k, pressure roller is wrinkled.
