C360i series Fan motor 3

be warned this is a 4 wire fan and nothing like previous generations.

When it blows, the machine cant be used till its replaced.

Today, luckily had a written off c250i to take it from or the machine would be down for an extended period.

Part number not even setup in my country yet 😂 But will be now.

I guess it's rear side cooling fan FM3 part number we have here A0EDM10500. So will it code C5370 and malfunction if this fan dies?

exactly the code, and its the big fan that blows up and over the cpu.

The older fan part numbers wont work as they will be 3 wire.

these new 4 wire fans have permanent 12v supplied and infinitely variable speed by way of pwm input on one of the pins. I’m guessing it ramps it up as the cpu temperature increases.
