Try just updating the SSD FW v6.03 on its own first then reboot & see if the machine comes to ready.

If all else fails try starting machine with USB service port cover open but no USB stick in it. This should allow machine to boot so you can get into service mode to format HDD, etc.

double check the machine and type from a FW stick.
always use the ssd that came on the machine you are fixing.
the machine and type are based off the serial# and an incorrect setting will stop mfp fw to take.

I have run into that Invalid Memory message too many times.
This procedure has worked a few times for us.

Thanks, I tested successfull with an other machine, where I'm able to reach service mode. But this is not booting. I'm no Minolta dealer - I can't order a SSD Board. That's the reason I would try with DLGB1401776EN. Can anybody sent me, please?

Yes, my procedure is based of the ability to enter service mode..Have you tried to get into SM using trouble reset? E

There is a reset tool that might help you, it may help get the machine into a state where you can enter service mode. Someone on the site might be able to provide it to you..I think if you actually have a damaged main board or corrupt SSD this may not help either. E

I would first try updating the SSD firmware to v6.03.

Ive see that happen after using the reset tool and not inputting the machine and type back in.
Make sure it's not set to ff for both.

That's the reason, why I wrote "firmware update". Because the issue copier has only 6.01. I tried to buy it and newest firmware for C-258/308/368, too. But I became no invoice, no BIC no IBAN so I can't sent money.

Does your firmware not show a "Boot Rom" button right next to the "Start" button on the touchscreen before starting the actual update of the F/W? It should and if it does, just tap "Boot Rom" to update to the latest SSD version F/W. I got into the habit of just doing that on those older machines when the new SSD F/W came out so I could make sure it had the latest. It won't update automatically, so you have to press the touchscreen button to initiate the process. If it already has the latest, it will just indicate that on the next screen and not update.

I didn't use a SSD reset tool, ever. I didn't have one, because I didn't need. It's the original SSD Board with original counter and number. Is SSD reset for using a used SSD Board with original MFP Board necessary?

CP-1015

One of customers employees cleaned with vacuum cleaner developer. After mounting new developer and two new drums with new blades, only those units were resetted. Customer don't want complete new units, because it's cheaper and more environmentally friendly to change only defect parts.
After mounting a used FK-511 issue occurs during updating firmware. SSD updating form V6.01 to V6.03 proved defect SSD board.
There is no way for criminalization.

Stick: 2GB
Firmware: G20-M1 and GDP-M1
Tested with new stick, withaout ADF, FK-511 and HDD.
No chance toget in service mode.
Last possibility change with used MFP included SSD?
Thanks advanced!

I recommend that you perform the physical and logical formatting of the SSD, you do that by deactivating the HDD first.
Then when you go to rewrite the FW select the Machine and Type well.
First I select Boot Rom and you give it Start, then you just update all the boards.

Hi
maybe you can follow this guide on the youtube
Fixing Firmware N.G Message| Konica - YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MkVbJHrXA5w)

reconnect the SSD / TPM Board on the MFP Board and try to install the firmware again
