The back up battery is flat, you can replace these.

did these support NTP? maybe u can set that up so it resolves it self.

Adding NTP won't help to maintain backup data saved in the SSD board. I'm surprised time is the only thing affected. E

I had the same issue on a C3110 it would only loose the date/time the battery is only used to store this.
