Hello everyone, it's my first post here and I'm glad I found this forum.
We've had a problem wit our konica printers for the past couple of days when trying to print either single or multiple images using the windows explorer tool.
The problem seems to be caused by a recent Windows 10 update and I still can't find the exact update that's causing the problem.
I hope to know if you've encoutered the same problem or already fixed it.

Make sure printers are on latest firmware and the drivers are up to date.

I did find this info from microsoft and it worked for computers that already had Win 10 20H2. I only had to uninstall KB5000802. But for computers running 2004 update, I couldn't find KB5000802 and the problem persists even after updating to 20H2.

Some PC is KB5000808 or KB5000809.

Thank you. I had the same problem.I went to start, then settings (for windows) then update and security. Then windows update and then view update history.
For me it was an windows update for windows security.click on that update and then remove it.the pc will reboot and the problem will be fixed.I hope that will help you.
