Serial number must be entered (contact service representative) displays at start up.

This occurred when the drum was at 1%, so I replaced it and still have the same error.

How do I get rid of the message? :confused:

In the utility section, it now shows the drum at 100% since I changed it.

Appreciate any feedback!!!!!

Sounds like you are an end user. As the display suggests you need to call a trained and qualified service representative. There is a tech simulation that needs to be ran to clear the message.

Not a drum problem. Maybe bad backup battery. Still will need KM tech to proper troubleshoot it.
