Hi The customer tells me that the error c2558 appears every morning

I replaced the Developer BK unit with a used but with a new chip. The problem did not solve know what can be?

I was thinking of a problem with HV or the Sub Hopper Assy?

Fit a new K dev & image unit.

Also fit a genuine toner if you are using compatibles.

Toner is genuine

I can try with a new developer

The one I had taken used had very few copies under 50k

Ok as soon as I go to the customer I try

Meanwhile I went to the customer to reset the Developer group again and replace the HV Let's see if the problem recurs.
