We have a customer that would like the machine to offset sort all the time without selecting the feature. Does anyone know if there is a default to turn on the offset feature? Looked in the user manual and the service manual and can't find a way to do it. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance

If you are talking about printing, just open the print driver and set offset as default and click apply.
If you are talking about copying,
Go to copy screen, finishing, sort and select offset.
Press utility, copy settings, default copy settings and touch "Current Settings", touch "OK"
