tape problem on PC417

hello I allow myself to create a new thread because I have a problem on two pc417 modules, tray number 3 create jams on two identical copier a bizhub c450i I change the 2 modules but the two new ones do exactly the same thing I changed the paper plugs, changed the sensor, I ran out of ideas

What jam code is being generated?
Where is the paper stopping?
Are there any nicks, or paper being crumpled?

cause of this is lack of or insufficient pressure on those two white rollers in the photo. The df torque limiter in this system is really tight.

i push down on the ends of metal bracket holding the rollers. deforming enough to apply a bit more pressure. have fixed dozens of these doing only that. if you have been putting your fingers all over the feed tire system i would also clean with ipa.

Did you configure the LCT (go into Service Mode, System 2, LCT and set the paper sizes) ?

+1 for the bracket adjustment, we also had some PC417 jamming directly out of the box
