Hi guys, I need yours help. PRO 951. Copy out with little bit developer on the copy. And after 100 copies lot of developer inside of machine. I change devunit, drum, main charge, transfer unit with belt, descharge, HVPS board (for transfer sec) may be somebody had the same problème ? Please help me

Try switching off the drum potential sensor. SW 6 bit 7. Just an idea. Not sure what that can do to the charge value if its faulty.

I had same problem. I solved with HV1

Strip & clean all the contacts, blow out all stray toner & developer this may help stray dev causes shorts.

Thank you!! I will try all advices and last, HV1)) because it's very difficult. 5 wires go inside of machine without connectors;(

Try to change HV1
I had same problem. I solved with HV1

951 has a transfer belt?!? Oh the days when you could just turn the light off in the room open the door and key the door switch and watch for the arcing. I am surprised, I assumed the high volume monochrome machines would still have corona wires.
