KM Bizhub C3110 Web Admin Login Password

Good Morning

i have a customer who swears they never changed the default password on the web admin login. They replaced their router with a new one and now scan to email doesn’t work.

I need to get into settings and I tried what I thought was the default password of 12345678 and it fails. Do I have the wrong default or is there a way to reset it. Thanks in advance.

You can usually reset an admin password through service mode. E

Ed is right. It can be done via security service mode. It's in manual.
