I have replaced the developing unit, a new charge unit, new cleaning unit assembly and a new drum, the problem still happens, I have also lowered the density to - 3, any ideas what should I do next? 48758487574875948756

Have a look at the upper cleaning unit seal. It will wear to a tapered edge then fold over, and act like an additional charging device. =^..^=

Thanks for your reply, what you're saying makes sense, however the entire cleaner unit was replaced brand new for this issue.

perhaps the transfer belt is not transfering all the toner also replace transfer belt rollers. 951 does same thing.

If its done its yield or close to it. Not much to go wrong on the transfer belt assy.
The toner dusting in that area would suggest a problem on the cleaning unit the cause of it is unknown but check that there is nothing deforming the cleaning blade.

Filters?

Check the cleaning unit seals, check the developer unit cover blade.

Their work is in low coverage. Did you make any changes to DIPSW?

After replacing the above items, did you perform the replacement procedures correctly?

Belém do Pará?

Thanks for this, I have replaced the developer again and properly made the counters and developing replacing procedure, they have been running since 2 days, they did not call back so far, hopefully it is solved. Check also all seals and cleanin blades, all look fine.

I seem to recall replacing a developing unit upper cover when the upper seal started curling back at the front and rear edges. It was around 8M prints. =^..^=

Thanks for the follow up, they still haven't called. :-)
