Hi,

I received the following email and attachment from a customer of mine.

Any ideas what would cause this? I've never seen it on the 4 or 8 series.

Thanks in advance for any help

That's the typical error caused by one of the latest W10 updates and the build in Windows Photo app. It has nothing to do with our machines, it's a Windows bug.
I advise my customers to use other software to view photos such as XnView. Solved all the problems.

A windows update that was released end of March seems to have caused a few issues. There is an optional windows update that now addresses this particular issue. Just update any optional updates available. Had an issue on a 250i yesterday.

This is a known issue happening across many manufacturers.

Update the firmware & install the latest Windows updates or manually install this one.

IIRC the app is called "Photos" and when you print a jpeg from it to bizhub 226 it doesn't spool the job at all.
If you must use it, use it just for viewing.

As a temp fix simply use IrfanView to print jpeg files

Windows will automatically update & resolve the issue in the coming days so you can revert to your default image viewer if required.
