Hello,

When printing on stickers (thick 2) and 300 gsm (thick 4).

Tried slowing the speed of the fixer and still same , tried increasing the temp also same .

Any ideas what i could do?

Make sure it's not inkjet/photo paper. Or the pressure is no longer sufficient due to worn out fuser. Compatible toner?? If so, melting point probably different.

300 gsm media is normal glossy paper and the stickers are for digital printers . yes compatible toner is used in both machines . Should i just increase the fixing temp for this specified thickness ?48893

Not only different but inconsistent. A variation as little as 1 degree C in the melting point can be the difference between fusing properly sticking to the fusing roller/belt/sleeve. Use only Genuine KM supplies and parts. Otherwise as the old Fram oil filter says,
