Hi.
I am unable to set up scan to usb function on bizhub 266i machine!!
Can anyone help me with the procedure.

enable in user box setting in admin mode.

We do not have this machine in the US (to my knowledge)..but from past experience, when you pop a USB drive into the slot you should get a pop up asking what you wish to do with this drive. Default settings are to allow you to put a file from the USB into a user box. Print from USB and scan to USB are prohibited by default. If you are seeing nothing when you insert the drive there may be an issue with the drive itself..E

only print from USB "external memory" is on by default, save to box and save to USB are off by default and enabled in the user box setting in admin mode.

Installed the optional SSD?

Hi.
The option is enabled in the admin mode and I am able to scan to usb.
