Hey guys when we Print 12*18 sheets on our C454 the prints come out with a red/magenta line along the edges

that appears to be "drum burn" or "PCR failure"
pull the M photo conductor see if the defect is visible ..then check the PCR.
what is the life count on the photo conductor?
what type stock are they running?
typically the drum is worn in those areas.

swap the magenta and cyan drums around. if the issue now occurs on cyan you have confirmed that its the drum at fault

Agreed, that drum must be very bad (high part life)
Replace it very soon or it will be deplete developer and possibly damage developing unit roller if you let it run for some time.
If all drums are the same life you should replace them all together.

Could be corrosion or dirt on the grid. Like mentioned change tat out as soon as possible.
