Konica bizhub 601 - Incorrect Paper Tray Size

Hello,

I've a bizhub 601 that has a problem detecting the paper size of tray 3.
When I put an A4 size it says it's a A5, when I put the A3 size it says it's a 8x13 size and when I put an A5 it says "???".
The problem only occurs with Tray 3, all others works great.

Any ideas on where to start?

as with other brands, this type of problem is due to the paper size sensors or dirty, out of place or oxidized switches usually mounted on the machine body at the bottom where the drawers slide.
