    The bizhub c550 I am trying to work with won't accept my print job because it says the memory is full. There are not any pending jobs listed, the only thing that I can come across that might be taking up space is the job history. Is there a way to clear that?

    if it says memory full, you can try checking the user boxes and making sure that there are not alot of files in the user boxes. You can also try to format the HDD but it honestly sounds like something else might be going on. when you are not printing does the memory say 100% on the screen, or does it already say 0%.
