Hi all

One of our c224e's has the rebooting with 2 shark fins. I have the SSDB on order but don't have the SSD firmware to load...

I understand I need to fit the SSDB then load SSD firmware.

Is this correct? If so, I'm hopeful some has the firmware?

TIA

Thanks!

I have replaced the SSD Board before on a different machine doing the same thing but it made no difference.

2. Install the firmware.
Done.

1. Replace SSDB.
2. Install the normal firmware, the latest SSD fw should already be on the SSD board.

I always install latest Mass production FW which is M1 for this model. It has SSD FW in the package.

Thank you

The latest full firmware I have is named 'A5C10Y0-F000-G20-M1-970'.

I'm guessing as it has M1 in the name I'm all good...
