Hello, I'm having an issue with a C7000 giving me a C4603.

I've changed the Cyan developer, replaced the color registration assembly, replaced printer controller board. I don't believe it's a charge issue with the Cyan because I can run test prints in service mode with Cyan.

Any ideas what to try next would be very much helpful.

Thank you

Can you post a photo of test pattern number 80?I'm sorry it took so long to respond. I printed test pattern 80 and photo 1 and 2 is what I got. Picture 3 and 4 is what I got after and auto calibration.

My question is why wouldn't it auto calibrate on its own. Could another tech have shit that off?

Thank you for any help. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20210622/d10ff6a61f865c9dd2956a1ffdc8eb13.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20210622/a9744d1a328310d5c3089bf5aaac0bd0.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20210622/aec87733f7b660b09f10f2d11e4944aa.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20210622/da45ebb9164dfe67aa98aebf8064a215.jpg
