View Full Version : Konica Minolta Bizhub C308 error code C-3725 not removing

In my bizhub C308 C-3725 error code came and plug the fusing unit to another bizhub C308 printer and it worked perfectly and then technician advised the issue was with Power supply board and it also plug to a working C308 machine and the Power supply board also working fine. However, when it plugs again to my C308 machine still the error code existing. I have done the error code reset using rest button and using service mode. Still the error display, how do I resolve this issue? Which unit to check next? Appreciate any advice

Error
C3725 occurs during copying/printing or at idle.

Root Cause
Failed MFP Board (MFPB)

Workaround/Fix
Prior to board replacement, perform the following check.
1. Select Counter
2. Select Display Keypad
3. Press Stop 00. Stop 01
4. If applicable input CE password 9272 4 times (Default)
5. Select State Confirmation
6. Select Self-diagnostic
7. Select Check All
8. Press Start
9. Repeat steps 1-8 3 more times
10. If result is NG, replace the MFPB based on model listed below.


bizhub C258/C308/C368 (p/n A7PUH02123)
bizhub C458 (p/n A79MH02102)
bizhub C558/C658 (p/n A79JH02102)

Notes:
1. Prior to loading firmware under Machine Type Select: Verify Machine and Type

2. It is necessary to update the firmware to support the new MFPB

Technical Notes
Please review the MFPB replacements procedure in Service Manual and be careful when transferring EEPROMS that they do not become damaged and they get installed in the same location on the replacement MFPB

I have done the Self-diagnostic only 1 time. Will try again with 3 attempt.

If it will still exist the error, can I re install the firmware with existing MFP Board to resolve the issue?

I guess it won't work(firmware update) but you have nothing to lose so why not.
