Konica Minolta accurio press c2060 keeps Jamming

Hello everyone

Newbie here and this is my first post.

I have a paper Jamming issue with machine KM 2060 Accurio press.

It keeps Jamming in 2 places.

When faced down its giving jam code 3203

When face up its giving jam code 3201 and the paper goes and stops at RU509

I've checked the sensor and actuator in the fusing unit and it's working. Spring on actuator looks fine.

I've gone into service mode and checked the sensors and they are okay.

I've removed the all the gears in the fusing unit and cleaned thoroughly but problem still persists.

Would really appreciate any help on this.

Your jams indicate that the paper passes PS22 or PS10, but does not pass PS27 whether simplex or duplex. So I'd look in the area indicated by the red circle:

You might look at the fuser exit roller pressure adjustment. I find that endusers often fuss with this adjustment causing jamming. Set to the middle setting with the white triangle.
