Hi guys,
have a customer with a Konica Minolta C654e with a E100 Fiery, the customer has upgraded to Big Sur 11.5 from Mojave,
this is what they have told us emailed us,
Upon installing Big Sur (from Mojave) all prints fail going forward – getting a printer error referencing ‘filter failed’
So far have tried
To reinstall as a new printer without any changes to the system settings
Resetting all printer system settings, deleting all printers etc and then installing with a fresh driver (from both Konica and EFI Fiery Websites)
Trying a couple of different versions of the driver from both locations
Reinstalling printer using ‘generic’ system chosen drivers prompted by the mac
i am going to be attending tomorrow and was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions
