TROUBLE CODE C6751...REPLACEMENT of scanner unit also MFP....boots up and still TROUBLE with same code! Also fuser warms up ...but control panel says warming up. List prints o%%%

have I mentioned in any earlier thread about how much I hate these POS??? That code is a CCD gain adjustment failure. you have to replace 1/2 the machine to fix it..Any chance the new scanner was tested before you put it into the machine? I have had so many used come in that didn't work it's laughable.. Scanner and finisher issues, what a complete hunk of crap..E

After replacement of scanner unit did you try trouble reset?

The old B42's did that a few times too me and had to replace mfp boards.

Check the connector for the ribbon cable. You have to push down on it to lock it.
