Hello friends.
I have had problem on 4 C454 machines and all related to not capturing paramters numbers in Graddation Adjust.


I reset the developers and imaging units. I've also changed the developing powder, cylinders and image belt.


Has anyone caught this problem?4992749927

Are they using genuine KM supplies?
Have you cleaned the density sensor?

KM doesn't sell developing powder for these, only full units. So I am guessing not OEM.

We use developer refills to replenish used amount, and toner we use 8000 refills. I've already cleaned the belt sensors too

We use developer refills to replenish used amount, and toner we use 8000 refills. I've already cleaned the belt sensors tooIt's been proven that 3rd party toners/ dev powders cause all sorts of problems due to the fact that the formulations are exactly the same as genuine OEMs.

Here in Brazil, many equipment used C8000 toner as a refill.


This is one of your big problems.


Report the life of your supplies and the toner being used.

Thank Konica Minolta for end of life toners for the Bizhub C8000.

Owners buy and technicians suffer.

I meant not likes but ask what's your bird page looks like?
What errors you have are they only odd values in gradations?

Make a Initialize + Image stabilization first and all image settings
