The issue was resolved. Customer was trying to verify to the wrong MFP, same model.

besides, account track can be combined with public user?
on user authentication, we enter both user name and password to login color mode.
the customer request only password is required.

I'm just confused with this entire post..The OP posted his issue and his resolution in the same sentence.. now someone is offering advice on problem that was never there at the time of the posting..
