      First time I hear of this problem, are you using original toners? Magenta IUs where over life or premature failing?

          The machines are using genuine toner but I have found out that 2 out of 3 the machines have had second hand IU's fitted for previous faults so this might explain things and the other machine had done about 30k before the magenta IU had been replaced.
