1) Reinstall the magenta unit correctly, But it still not clear.
2) Replaced the magenta developing, But it still not clear.
3) Replaced the FRB board, But it still not clear.
4) Replaced the PRCB Board, But it still not clear.

Are you using original developer units as color ones are diabolical expensive or use just developer chips?

Will also happen if you install a K dev chip on a color unit.
Try to do a system error clear under initialization.

We replace the colour developer units with black ones.

We fit the old colour TCR board to the new black developer unit and then use the Developer Reset Tool to reset and start the dev charge cycle.

When this is complete we go into service and produce halftones at 200 for the colour that has the black dev unit fitted to, this way the correct colour will flush through after about 40 sheets A3.

We never use 'aftermarket' chips anymore as the quality is unpredictable and we used to get errors like you are having.

Been doing the same. I replace the fuses on the old chips to get it to reset.

Alan what rating fuses are you using?
Where you getting them from?

Brett i am not sure. Around 60mA slow blow fuses comes to mind but this fuse is an ICP style surface mount fuse. Been modifying TN512 to work as TN321 as its cheaper and one less stock item to carry. BH554 to BH364. That leaves you with the chips that comes off the toner bottle. The fuses on there are the same and that is what i have been using.

Should be able to get them online somewhere but never made an effort to buy them.
