c658 pulling A3 back into exit section on double sided

hi i have a C658 that whn doing double sided A3 it is picking up a sheet that has just come out when turning the paper over then causes the j3205 code, there is no finisher on this machine has anyone come accross this issue before.
I have tried changingfuser temp and also it is a lot better if you set the paper to thick 1 but there is an occasional paper sticks in the exit but does not give a jam

If it has no finisher...has it got an OT fitted.....

Yes it has the output tray it looks like there should be anbother tray between the top and botom exit on the exit assembly

Sounds like you're missing the output guide that came with OT.

When using an output tray there are 3 half moon rollers that attach to the exit shift
Sounds like they were never installed (not needed if there is a finisher)


Error
Jam 32-05, paper is curling up in the output tray after a few pages.

Root Cause
Some of the rollers included in OT-508 were not installed.

Workaround/Fix
Ensure all procedures are preformed during the OT-508 installation (see attached).

The OT-508 is for the C759/C659, the OT-506 only includes the parts in srvtec's picture.

I think that must be a mistake, the eject rollers are different in the C658 compared to the the C659 so the extra rollers would not fit even if they were included in the OT-506.
