Bizhub C250 i error code FD-8A

Is there anyone experienced the error code FD-8A come up on Konica Minolta BH C250i . Its a machine at a Company who using as400 , and i am not sure if its anything to do with that system .
The C250i its brand new out of the box . I never seen error code like this , and i can not find anything in the manual either .
If anybody got any idea , please share it with me .

Trouble detection condition
• When performing treatment (program) to the firmware controlling the MFP controller, a malfunction is
detected when the control sequence went abnormal.
• In almost cases, when the control sequence goes abnormal in certain conditions and on certain timing, it
results in malfunction.

I would execute [Self-diag. (Full)] 3 times and work from there.

The thing with this dinosaur is that the AS400 uses lines of code (PJL/PCL) to set paper size, type, drawers, etc. The settings on the AS400 need to be exact or things go south very fast. The attached gives a general idea of what is needed and the most likely cause is the AS400 was not setup properly, or at all.

Well it's not C250 but C250i. You can blame Konica for lack of imagination or buy new glasses.
