Agree with Phil. Most of Konica Minolta machines have drum and developer chips. You may find some aftermarket chips and even reseters I believe.

You can just get aftermarket replacement chips.
Or replace the fuses on the chips.
Or make a reset tool where you can use glass fuses instead of the SMD fuses.
Plugs in like the tool in the picture.

Done all of the above with success.

The Fuse from a TN512 toner bottle is the same, you can desolder them and solder them on top of the used chip.

For drum chips the fuse is between pin 1 and pin 3.
For developer chips the fuse is between pin 1 and 5.

Just trace them back to the front-side PCB.
