I do often need to scan to mail in 3 to 4 contacts many times a day. (that it)
Actually I need to :
- select the first mail
- then select "add dest" (useless)
- Then select the added dest
- Then validate (useless)
- Then close the message (useless)
once again for the third dest etc etc
Can't find a way to do it faster the same way on Ricoh (simply select multi dest) nor user, admin or CE menu
Any help?

You can set multiple scan destinations in: Admin settings>security>restrict user access>multiple address settings>disable.

Hey, thank you.

A few of my clients complained about this "My old machine I could select multiple email contacts"
I got this setting from Konica Minolta.

I’ve find something no exactly in this submenu.
believe me or not, when an another recipient is added, an information box appears and need a touch to close.
probably an another setting in deep submenu
konica UI is absolutely finish and pain in the ass to use.
nothing to compare with Ricoh (a printer I can decide to print 1 or 2 sided)

Those were prone to some toner eatings, premature IU failures etc. I will call it success for not doing above and move on. About right time to plan your next A4 color mfp purchase.
