Good morning. Looking to just pick the brain of some of you that are more experienced in production than myself.
I have a C2070 in my print shop at the office. Has a Large band going down the center of prints. I have attached some images. It is doing it in all colors, I have replaced the transfer belt (not entire assembly, just the belt) . I performed a halfway stop test to rule the fuser out. I have a C1070 that takes the same secondary transfer roller unit. Swapped that no luck. While doing halfway stop tests I checked the transfer belt. All seemed good (attached image) So it appears to me it may be the transfer roller inside of the belt unit. That is what I am ordering just checking posting here in case someone can tell me I overlooked something dumb. I usually don't have many issues with those rollers inside the belt.
